Online FILM/TV Intensive with RIKKI GIMELSTOB, Casting Director

Here's your chance to work with this CD whose credits include NOS4A2 on AMC starring Zachary Quinto, and Kevin Can F**K Himself on AMC. Currently, she's working on a NY TV series and pilot.

You'll start off with a virtual Q&A, and then Rikki will begin working with you opposite a reader, in a group format. Be prepared for feedback and adjustments.

What to Prepare:

For this intensive, please prepare a scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), or bring in your own 2-3 page scene. Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

Make sure your AC Profile is up to date with your latest Headshot and Resume - (this is what we will send to the guests in lieu of giving them in person).

Rikki Gimelstob

Rikki Gimelstob is currently the Casting Director for two television shows at Jonathan Strauss Casting. 

Select credits include: CHICAGO PD (NBC), CIA (CBS), FBI: INTERNATIONAL and FBI: MOST WANTED (CBS), MERRY KISS CAM (HULU), HELPSTERS (APPLETV+), THE LAST OG (TBS), NOS4A2 (AMC), DEAR EVAN HANSEN (UNIVERSAL), and numerous pilots for NBC, AMC and FOX. 

She was nominated for an Artios Award for her work on KEVIN CAN F*CK HIMSELF (AMC).  Rikki has also cast Spike Jonze’s “Changers: A Dance Story” and has contributed to the casting of St. Ann’s Warehouse’s productions “People, Places & Things” and the West-End transfer of “The Jungle.”

In addition, she has experience casting commercials, print and voice-overs. Previously, Rikki has worked as a staff member at Telsey + Company and Donna Grossman Casting. A member of both the Casting Society of America and the Television Academy, Rikki is a graduate of the University of Michigan. When not working she is very involved with Cycle For Survival, a charity that raises money for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
