Looking for representation during a pandemic is no easy feat and you need feedback to make sure you are understanding how different people in the industry think about your skillset and marketability - that's why we are launching ONLINE AGENT SHOWCASES.

Showcase to THREE legit agencies in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be emailed to you 1-3 days after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

This panel includes:

- Mallory Tucker, Talent Agent, CESD

- Amy Lord, VP / Talent Agent, Eris Talent Agency, Inc. (Bi-Coastal Agency)

What to Prepare:

For this showcase, please prepare a monologue OR a scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), OR bring in your own 2-3 page scene. 

Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

 

Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

  • Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

**Actors Connection classes and programming are for ADULTS (18+). With permission, some teens (14+) are allowed to take adult programming. To inquire about getting permission, please send an email to: info@actorsconnection.com**

Mallory Tucker

Mallory Tucker is a talent agent in the Theatrical Department in New York City at CESD Talent Agency, a bi-coastal, full-service agency. She represents breakout talent to seasoned actors in Television, Film, and Theater.

Before her career in talent representation, Mallory graduated with high honors from Rutgers University and held multiple entertainment internships. 

Eddie Rabon

Eddie is an agent at Take 3 Talent, a fully franchised boutique NY-based agency representing adults, kids and teens in all areas.

He has clients on Broadway and national tours in: Frozen, Dear Evan Hansen, Summer, Children of a Lesser God, Chicago, Wicked, Jersey Boys, Miss Saigon, Aladdin, and regionally in such theaters as Classic Stage Company, Papermill Playhouse, Rep Theater of St. Louis, Alabama Shakespeare, Stages St. Louis, Denver Center, North Shore, and many others.

Recent client TV and film credits include: Homeland, Pose, Elementary, Bull, Blue Bloods, Law & Order: SVU, High Maintenance, Get Shorty, Kevin Can Wait, and more.

Amy Lord

Amy Lord began her career in NYC at the Noble Talent agency.

In her early twenties, Amy was the first actress in a regional production of Tony n Tina’s Wedding which brought her out to Los Angeles for the pilot episode. Amy’s literary career afforded her the opportunity to have two produced shows in NYC, Grandma Sylvia’s Funeral and The Boychick Affair. Amy is a contributing writer for Huffington Post. She worked for many years as a theatrical manager at YPS and then returned to the agenting world where she worked at LB Talent for many years representing actors in NY and LA.

As a partner at Eris, Amy continues to dedicate herself to her clients in both the performing and literary world.
