ONLINE TV INTENSIVE with Kim Krakauer, Associate Casting Director, Tucker/Meyerson Casting - Credits include THE AFFAIR, LIMITLESS, SEVEN SECONDS, THE EXPANSE, ALLEGIANCE, & WHITE COLLAR

Tuesday, November 24, 2020, 7pm ET / 4pm PT

One of NY'S TOP casting offices in NYC, Kim's credits include White Collar, Sleepy Hollow, Limitless, The Expanse, The Affair, Those Who Kill and many others! You'll learn audition techniques specific to this area of television. Whether you're auditioning for an episodic or pilot, this intensive will teach you the things you need to know that can help you to get the call-back and then the job.

You'll start off with a Q&A, then Kim will be working on-camera using the pre-read format as a simulated "audition" where she will read each actor one on one in a group format. Be prepared for feedback and to take re-adjustments on the fly.

Kim is interested in meeting actors of all types and ethnicities 18+ for their numerous upcoming projects.

What to Prepare:

For this virtual intensive, Kim will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. 

Assignments will be emailed 1-2 days in advance. 

 

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

• Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

Kim Krakauer is an Associate Casting Director with Tucker/Meyerson Casting who has worked on several TV series such as The Equalizer, The Affair, The Expanse, White Collar, Kevin Can Wait, Seven Seconds, The Americans, The Village, Limitless and Made in Jersey. She worked on the pilot of Homeland as well as feature films One For The Money and Man on a Ledge.
