Q&A and Monologues or Sides with a Reader

After a Q&A she'll see Monologues or Sides with a Reader ONE on ONE

What to Prepare:

For this seminar, please prepare a monoglue OR scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), OR bring in your own 2-3 page scene. 

Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

• Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

**No recording of any kind is permitted by participants during class.**

Cindy Schoonover

Cindy has been in the Entertainment Industry for the last 19 years. She actively represents many talented clients of all ages as they move forward with their careers at ERIS Talent Agency! She is officially the Executive Director of Commercials but she also covers Theatrical, Commercial, Print, Theatre and Live Streaming bicoastally and basically all of the United States, Canada and Mexico. 

Her connections include directors and producers in film/TV, numerous casting directors, theatrical and commercial managers, photographers, coaches and PR companies. This, coupled with her business and marketing experience prior to entering this industry, enables her to identify quality talent who sparkle and can book in this industry. 

She fell in love with the industry when her youngest child wanted to be an actress.  She actually told her "NO, absolutely not", as she feared it might end up badly, which is kind of funny now. But her daughter, now known as Laci Mercede won out. Following her daughter through her career turned out to be life changing for Cindy as well. She changed her career to become a full time talent agent over 7 1/2 years ago.  

Besides her career, Cindy has been married to her husband for 29 years, raised 4 very successful children and now has 3 grandchildren she loves to spoil, not to mention carving out time to enjoy her numerous friends who live all over the place and travel together often.
