Have you ever wanted to explore the world of voiceover?

A rewarding career in voiceover is not something that can be done in a single class or seminar - it’s a journey!  In this 3-week Intro to Voiceovers class, you’ll learn the vital understanding of the business of voiceover and an overview of the skills needed to be successful in this field.

You’ll learn about the industry overall, the different genres and types of opportunities for voiceover work, as well as learn about script analysis and mic technique, and what to expect during a recording session.  Each student will work with hand-picked scripts, receive personalized direction and feedback, and an MP3 of all of your takes.

For week 1, you will learn about the business from Elle including the Industry, whats required to get started and how to maximize your success as well as the basics of Copy/Script Analysis. For weeks 2 & 3, Elle will guide you through breathing exercises, vocal health tips, Commercial & Narration Copy, with class concluding with a group Q&A.

You will work at the mic at every class. And the learning that happens as you listen to your peers is invaluable--you get to hear what works and what doesn't.
