Here's your chance to work with Matthew Glasner, a top film/TV casting associate whose credits include multiple hit NETFLIX series as well as Academy Award winning films!

For this one night intensive, Matt will select sides based on your picture and resume which you will be emailed and prepare 1-2 days in advance. He will start off with an informative Q & A followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader ON-CAMERA in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

Since working in casting full-time, Matthew has had the privilege of being on the casting team for projects such as the Academy-Award Winning Film, ‘Spotlight', DreamWorks' ‘Girl on the Train', ‘Marvel's Jessica Jones Season 1', Amazon's ‘Good Girls Revolt', USA's ‘Falling Water' Series, the hit NBC Series ‘Chicago Justice', the soon to be released Netflix Feature, ‘Alex Strangelove' Season 3 of 'Quantico' and Season 2 of 'The Sinner'. When working independently, Matthew has cast numerous Short Films and completed casting of full-length features, 'Hurricane Bianca: From Russia' with Hate', ‘Braid' (TriBeCa Film Festival 2018), and ‘Milkwater' starring Molly Bernard.

Currently, Matt is interested in meeting talent of all types and ethnicities 18+ for current and future projects.

Matthew Glasner

Matthew Glasner is a NYC-Based Casting Professional and has worked alongside the Casting Teams for the Academy Award Winning Spotlight, Asteroid City, Armageddon Time, My Old Ass, Nightbitch, Trap, Little Women, White Noise, Reality and Materialists with upcoming premieres for Noah Baumbach’s Jay Kelly and Maggie Gyllenhaal’s The Bride.

As an Independent Casting Director, he has had features and short films premiere at festivals around the world including Braid (Tribeca 2018), Safe (Cannes 2021), Power Signal (Sundance 2023), Sarajin (Tribeca 2023), Let & Trapped (SXSW 2024), Corpse Fishing(Tribeca 2024) and Our Hero Balthazar (Tribeca 2025).

Upcoming feature film projects include The Technique starring Emma Roberts, Noomi Rapace, Ben Platt and Nicholas Alexander Chavez, The Revisionist starring Andre Holland, Dustin Hoffman, Alison Brie and Tom Sturridge and Lucy Schulman starring Ellie Sachs, David Cross, Thomas Mann, Hasan Minhaj and others.

He has worked on countless TV/Limited Series programs including Long Bright River, The Staircase, The Sinner, Servant, Scenes from a Marriage, and Hello Tomorrow! to name a few.

He is an Artios Award Winner for his casting of Motherland (Short Film 2024), and his Associate Casting Director work on My Old Ass ( Independent Feature 2025) and is the recipient of the 2024 Associate Spotlight Award.
