This on-camera event is not to be missed if you are looking learn what it takes and the skills you need to land a Series Regular and Major Recurring role on TV!

In this event you'll enhance your on-camera audition technique specific to television as well as delving into the business side of what TRULY goes on before, during and after a casting session. Whether you're auditioning for a 1/2 hour comedy or a 1 hour drama, this event will teach you the things you need to know that can help you get the call-back and then book the job.

Having received your headshots and resumes in advance, Blaine will "cast" you in a scene which will be emailed to you 24-48 hours in advance. You'll start off the night with a Q&A, and then Blaine will begin working with you as the reader ON-CAMERA in a group format.

Currently, he's interested in meeting talent of all types and ethnicities 18+.

***Scenes will be recorded on-camera. As a courtesy, your video clips will be made available to you within a week. An email notification will be sent when the clips are available to view and download from your Actors Connection account. Blaine Johnston

Blaine's (he/him) background is in behind-the-camera & theater casting, and he continues to work in various casting offices in New York City. His primary focus is Series Regular and Major Recurring roles for television. 

He was recently the Director of Casting for Disney Entertainment Television- East Coast, where he worked on and off for almost 12 years.

His independent TV/film credits include YOUNGER on TVLand and a short film, Mariachi Madness. He was a casting director for two NY theater companies, RAL Productions and Goldfish Memory Productions. He recently worked on a project for the Penumbra Theatre Company in St. Paul, MN.
