Actors Connection is THRILLED to welcome Joanna Levinger for this On-Camera Intensive!
Joanna just started working with BOWLING/MISCIA on a new Pilot!
Joanna is interested in meeting new talent - all types - all ethnicities - all ages (18+).
Please upload your headshot and create a resume in your online account upon registration.
For this one night intensive, Joanna would like you to bring in a 2-3 page Film/TV scene that you feel showcases your strengths as an actor. The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader on-camera in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.
You have the option to bring in your own 2-3 page Film/TV scene, or select one from our General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). Please bring in TWO copies of your chosen scene - one for you, and one for your reader (with the reader's lines highlighted).
Always bring a hardcopy of your headshot/resume to class for feedback purposes.
Scenes will be recorded on-camera and made available to you within one week. An email notification will be sent from videos@actorsconnection.

Joanna Levinger
Joanna Levinger is a Freelance Casting Associate and Teaching Artist. She has previously worked for Bowling Miscia, Rosalie Joseph Casting among many others. Some of her previous credits include Emergence (pilot), Marvel's Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Defenders, Jessica Jones, David Fincher's Mindhunter and the Billy Crystal feature Here Today.
Prior to working in TV and film she worked at Binder Casting on over 40 different theatre projects including Broadway productions of A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, The Lion King, and Dames at Sea, as well as productions at City Center Encores, Hartford Stage, Shakespeare Theatre of DC and many more.
