Here's your opportunity to work with one of the busiest Film Casting offices in New York!
The evening will start off with an informative Q & A followed by your presentation of a scene that Donna will assign you that evening with a reader ON-CAMERA in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

Donna McKenna is an award winning, international casting director, producer, and educator. With more than 20 years of experience behind her, she has cast and produced many independent features, short films, television shows, audio shows, pilots and web series. Some of her work received theatrical distribution and can been seen on Amazon Prime, iTunes, Apple and Direct TV. Donna is well known and respected in the industry and is admired for her ability to recognize strong talent and utilize them in her projects. Her ensemble casts consist of critically acclaimed actors from film, television and Broadway as well as new and upcoming talent.
Donna has been awarded with a Voice Arts Award for Ensemble Cast Best Performance Audio Show, and the the IndieFest Casting Award and has received nominations throughout her career. A majority of her films have won Best Film awards at Film Festivals worldwide. Donna loves actors and has a passion for discovering new talent. She teaches film and acting workshops at many renowned schools across the globe and she coaches upcoming artists for competition events, where many of her students have received monetary prizes and scholarships. She is a guest teacher for the Screen Actors Guild NYCAP Program and is on staff as an instructor at Stonestreet Studios which is a credited NYU Tisch School of the Arts Conservatory. Donna enjoys speaking to actors and filmmakers about the business and does so at various film festivals and industry events. She offers guidance and encouragement to all regarding the industry and advise them on how they can prepare and market themselves and their projects.
Donna is a proud member of the Casting Society of America, New York Women in Film & TV and an appointed Member of the Board of the Suffolk County Film Commission. Donna believes her mission is to encourage and inspire artists to follow their dreams and never ever give up.
