One of the friendliest CD's in town, Gayle is currently working on tons of theater as well as a pilot called Upstate and several commercial print projects. Current Theatre: Broadway Production of Neil LaBute's "Fat Pig" , " Jurassic Parq: The Broadway Musical" ( Off Broadway) and " Chix 6" in Queens all in the fall! Tours: Joseph….Dreamcoat, and Oklahoma!. Off Broadway: 666 ( A Comedy) Current theatrical projects: In development - Women's Minyan (play - Directed by Tovah Feldshuh),and Rated P (musical) . Regional: Arvada Center in Denver( Ragtime , Chess and more) , Riverside Theater in FL ( Boeing, Boeing, Gin Game and more), Theatre Aspen, Tuacahn in UT , Stages St. Louis and lots more! Current/ Recent Commercial clients: DSW , Merck, Livalo, Fidelity and Dr. Miracles Healthy Hair. Gayle consistently calls in and books actors from seminars and with the plethora of upcoming projects on her plate, she is ready to find more! From her last seminar at Actors Connection, Gayle called in 3 actors and is interested in meeting ALL TYPES-ALL AGES (18+). After a Q & A she'll see Monologues/Songs ONE on ONE
Gayle Seay
Gayle is currently the artistic director of Stages St Louis. Their 2025 season includes Murder for Two, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and the pre-Broadway production of Austen’s Pride!
As a performer she was seen on Broadway, tours, regional theatres, symphonies, cruise ships, commercials, TV, print, films and more. When she hung up her dance shoes she became a casting director in NYC and co-owned a successful casting office for over a dozen years casting National tours of Motown the Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar, Rent, Kinky Boots, Rock of Ages and more as well as TV, Indie film and commercial print.
She directed the 2022 Award winning production of A Chorus Line at STAGES and Jersey Boys in 2024 at Riverside Theatre. She was also a co-producer of The Cottage on Broadway in 2023.
