Lisa is the Executive Director / Owner of the Lisa Lax Agency, a very successful talent agency of five years in NYC and coming up on 10 yrs in Memphis, TN. Lisa is most noted for jump-starting the career of Memphian Lucy Hale (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS) by traveling with her to Los Angeles and putting her in front of studio heads and casting directors. Lisa comes to us with 20 years of experience as a manager, casting director, and agent. Within one year of opening the NY office, she booked client Jade Bartlett in a leading role in the TV pilot CINNAMON GIRL, created and produced by Renee Zellweger. Currently, her client Kai Norris can be seen in the supporting role of Jasper in the powerful feature THE BIRTH OF A NATION. Last year, client, Armen Garo played the role of Corrado Galasso in HBO's VINYL. She also has clients recurring on HBO's THE DEUCE, VH1's THE BREAKS, ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, and many others.
