ATLANTA 1 MINUTE MONOLOGUE COMPETITION

Have a great short monologue? Then YOU should enter Actors Connection's 1 Minute Monologue Competition!
Compete with other actors to win a $500 cash prize and MAJOR bragging rights-- until next year anyway!
Monologues will be judged on the following criteria.
1) Suitability for the Actor
2) Clarity in Intention
3) Authencity in Performance
4) Creativity in Delivery.
Actors may NOT use props or costumes. A single chair will be provided should an actor wish to utilize it.
There will be two rounds of 20 performers. 5 Finalists will be selected from each round. Those finalists will then need to perform TWO CONTRASTING 1 MINUTE MONOLOGUES in the final heat of the competition. From that final 10, two runner ups will receive $200 in Actors Connection Credit and one winner will receive the $500 cash prize. All registrants will receive additional event information in early May.
