Auditioning for Film & TV - How to Land The Part! 2-Week Online Class with Rachel Goldman, Casting Associate, Barden/Schnee Casting

AC is excited to have Rachel from one of the most respected feature film and television offices in NY and LA teaching this online class!

Barden/Schnee has cast noted features like The Girl on the Train, Spotlight, August: Osage County, Pitch Perfect franchise, Dallas Buyers Club, The Help, Winter's Bone, Still Alice, among many others.

Rachel's current/recent projects include: the Amazon series Panic, the Amazon feature Sylvie’s Love, the feature Breaking News In Yuba County, Palmer starring Justin Timberlake, Facebook's The Birch as well as several other feature and indie films.

Over the course of two weeks, Rachel will be working with you on how to bring your best work into your auditions. The goal will be to focus on the work (not the audition) to allow you to always be at your best. Each week will build on the last and you'll work on a variety of sides on-camera.

Week 1 -  Prepared Feature/TV / Indie Comedy

Week 2 - Prepared Feature/TV / Indie Drama
 

***Please note: This class is appropriate for actors who have not taken class with Rachel in the last 6 months"

What to Prepare:

For this virtual class, Rachel will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. 

Assignments will be emailed 1-3 day in advance. 


Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

  • Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

**No recording of any kind is permitted by participants during class.**

Rachel is the Associate Casting Director at Barden/Schnee Casting and has worked there for over 6 years.
