Jason Lockhart

Head of TV/Film Department

Jason Lockhart is a Film & Television Agent from Los Angeles and excited to be a fresh face in the Atlanta market. He is also an accomplished filmmaker, having worked with National Lampoon and sold two feature films as an award-winning Writer/Director, one of which The CW picked up as a Movie of the Week. Having grown up as a child actor, Jason has over 20 years of experience & education in the industry, but after bouncing around several seats in Hollywood, he finds it most rewarding behind the talent agent’s desk, helping others pursue their dreams. He is known to love all things comedy, but serious obsessions include family, fantasy football, plain cheese pizza, dogs, and the Joker.

Lisa Lax

Lisa is the Executive Director / Owner of the Lisa Lax Agency, a very successful talent agency of 7 years in NYC and 12 years in Memphis, TN with a new home office in Nashville, TN.

Lisa is most noted for jump-starting the career of Memphian Lucy Hale (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS) by traveling with her to Los Angeles and putting her in front of studio heads and casting directors. Lisa comes to us with 20 years of experience as a manager, casting director, and agent. Within one year of opening the NY office, she booked client Jade Bartlett in a leading role in the TV pilot CINNAMON GIRL, created and produced by Renee Zellweger. Currently, her client, Stormi Maya can be seen in the feature film Hustlers with Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B.  Her clients have booked shows in NY and the SE such as The Mayans M.C. Blue Bloods, FBI, FBI Most Wanted, Law and Order SVU, The Blacklist, Wu-Tang The American Saga, Stranger Things, NOS4A2, Bluff City Law, MacGyver, Uncorked, The Flight Attendant, and many more.

Carol Shaginaw

A native of Metro Atlanta and a graduate of The University of Georgia, Carol's original passion was in finance and sales. As a former mortgage banker, sales and operations manager and even a Charter School founder, she was always focused on helping others and making dreams a reality. Carol was not active in the entertainment industry until she became a mother of two fantastic daughters and their interest in the Performing Arts became a love of her own. It was then that she became passionate about serving and leading others in the industry. She worked very hard at studying the business and networking with industry professionals which landed her the role as the Studio Manager of an award-winning acting school for 7 years. It was her mission to educate actors who were following their dreams on their acting journey by providing the very best in a professional studio with the necessary acting tools to do so.

After working closely with the Studio Owner, Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Acting Coaches, and Talent, she wanted to achieve her dreams and broaden her passion for putting talented actors to work! She decided to take her entertainment career to another level and expanded her role to that of a Talent Agent and most recently, the Owner of her own talent agency, Carol Shaginaw Talent Agency. Her background in the entertainment industry for the past 10 years and her business mindset has led her to much success in booking talent for many projects including Film, TV, Commercials, Print, and Industrials.
