Wednesday, August 12, 2020, 6:30pm ET / 3:30pm PT

This event is in the past.

Do you have a story that you been wanting to turn into a film script?

Not sure how to get started. The don't miss our new feature film scripting class with Jessica Rotondi.

In this class, you'll learn the structure of feature film scripts, what types of scripts standout in the industry and what types of ideas work best for a feature script.

Jessica will share a few different types of methods taught to developing a script, all of which will be based around the three act structure, which is the main structure used for most feature film scripts. You'll learn how different genres approach this structure. Jessica will offer guidance every step of the way from conception of your ideas and how to develop them into an in-depth outline and then into the actual script.

In your final weeks, you'll write the first act of your script and workshop it in class. Upon completion, you'll have an outline and the first act of your script plus all the tools you need to complete it with confidence.

For class #1, please bring in 1-3 ideas for scripts as possible ideas to write. It doesn't have to be in any particular format but just a short paragraph about the idea and your protagonist.

**Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.**
