Our biggest and most popular event! SHOWCASE to SIX INCREDIBLE Casting Directors who focus on Primetime TV and the upcoming NEW TV SEASON all in one jam-packed morning!
You have the option to bring in your own 2-3 page Film/TV scene, or select one from our General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). Please bring in TWO copies of your chosen scene - one for you, and one for your reader (with the reader's lines highlighted). Please submit your scene selection to jess@actorsconnection.com for approval.
The day will start with a informative Q & A, then scenes with a reader ON CAMERA presented to half the guests, short break, and scenes reworked on the basis of the earlier critique for the other half of the guests. The panel we've assembled is not to be believed!

Derek Hersey, Associate Casting Director, Kromer Casting - Previous credits include multiple upcoming Netflix series, a cable series, and a feature film. Previously, he worked at Rob Decina Casting, where his projects included the first season of a Netflix dark comedy series, seasons 2 and 3 of the police drama SHADES OF BLUE (NBC) starring Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta, as well as the New York casting for the upcoming feature film GREYHOUND starring Tom Hanks, coming to theatres in 2020, and numerous network pilots.

Michael D'Amato, Associate Casting Director, Billy Hopkins Casting - Currently working on multiple television series including P-VALLEY for STARZ, created by Katori Hall.
