In one jam-packed session, actors ages 7-16 work with award-winning Commercial Casting Director Barry Shapiro then perform for TWO Commercial Agents that are actively seeking new talent!

Albert is now working with EIGHT actors who he met in last seminar at Actors Connection! He's booked his clients on TV episodics (Law & Order SVU, The Blacklist, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Blue Bloods, Gotham, Royal Pains, Boardwalk Empire, Alien Dawn, Person of Interest, Deception, Celebrity Ghost Stories, Redrum, Worlds' Most Astonishing News, School Spirits), films (Disney features and various other feature films), commercials (American Express, Kohl's, Dr. Miracles and Verizon) and theater (New Harmony Theater Summer 2013 production of Fences) and national print campaigns (Verizon, Coca-Cola, Getty images, Alli and Comcast).
Valerie has interview several and recently signed THREE of our students after meeting at our events! She runs the youth division at SW Artist Agency, representing actors for all media. Valerie brings more than 25 years of industry knowledge to her clients who can be seen on various TV shows, films, commercials and stage productions.
Barry Shapiro has been casting for nearly 30 years and has worked on over 8,500 commercials for top clients such as Kraft Mac & Cheese, Toys R Us, American Express, Verizon, Nintendo, Advil, and many more.
From witches to vampires, this session features a kid-friendly HALLOWEEN theme as ages 7-16 explore spooky characters and perform commercial improv. Get ready to take your on-camera commercial skills to the next level including cold reading, improv, partner scenes, PLUS a great opportunity to perform and meet three leading talent pros!
This experience will conclude with a SHOWCASE at 12:30pm for our final TWO talent agents as well as family & friends, your special "live studio audience"!
