This evening is geared toward theatrically trained actors looking to fine-tune their On Camera skill set. In addition to the on camera projects Paul is currently working on, this office is well-known for all of the theater they cast as well. A WIN/WIN for all actors!

Broadway credits include Hughie with Forest Whitaker, Hedwig & The Angry Inch, The Elephant Man starring Bradley Cooper and Of Mice and Men starring James Franco. For over 10 years, they've cast for the Classic Stage Company and are the proud Resident Casting Directors for CSC, Williamstown Theater Festival, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, Long Wharf , The Flea, Keen Company, and Playwrights Realm. They also cast for Berkeley Rep, South Coast Rep, Woolly Mammoth, New Georges, stageFARM, Epic Theater Ensemble and many seasons of SPF (Summer Play Festival) and NY Stage & Film.

For this intensive, Paul will select sides based on your HS/resume submission which you will receive and prepare 24-48 hours in advance. You'll work with Paul and a reader in a classroom setting ON-CAMERA in a group as he coaches you through your scene in a format that replicates his casting process. He will be giving you detailed feedback and adjustments and will also share his insight into auditioning for television and film in New York. Recent projects include: The Path for Hulu, i-origins (director Mike Cahill, Sundance 2014-just picked up by FOX Searchlight), the indie film "Saint Janet" by Kyle Jarrow (director Habib Azar), Rattlestick's productions of "One Night" and "How to Make Friends and Then Kill Them" and "The Underpants" for The Longwharf. Film: Another Earth (Sundance 2011), That's What She Said (director Carrie Preston /Sundance 2012), Kyle Jarrow's Armless (Sundance 2010) directed by Habib Azar as well as Ready? OK! for Daisy 3 Pictures.

Past Broadway credits include: Venus in Fur with Tony-winner Nina Arianda and Hugh Dancy and 33 Variations with Jane Fonda. Paul holds a BA in Drama from UC Irvine where James Calleri was his first acting teacher. Paul started in casting as the Assistant on the Broadway revival of "Annie Get Your Gun." He subsequently worked with Mark Simon Casting as well as USA Films and Focus Features. On his own, Paul cast "The Crumple Zone" for Jason Moore, the Obie-winning "A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant" for Alex Timbers and Kyle Jarrow as well as "God's Ear" for New Georges and The Vineyard (director Anne Kauffman).
