Direct from LA, AC welcomes Michael for this SPECIAL TELEVISION MAIN EVENT!
Michael Nicolo has been in casting for almost 20 years. He cast feature films, independent features and both network and cable/ streaming television. He has been nominated for the Emmy for outstanding casting in a comedy series and multiple Artios nominations.
For this intensive, Michael would like you to bring in a 2-3 page Film/TV scene that you feel showcases your strengths as an actor. The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader on-camera in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.
You have the option to bring in your own 2-3 page Film/TV scene, or select one from our General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). Please bring in TWO copies of your chosen scene - one for you, and one for your reader (with the reader's lines highlighted).
Space is limited!
Always bring a hardcopy of your headshot/resume to class for feedback purposes.
Scenes will be recorded on-camera and made available to you within one week. An email notification will be sent from videos@actorsconnection.

Michael Nicolo
Michael Nicolo began his casting career upon graduation from Marymount Manhattan College in 1999 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. His casting experience began as an assistant in casting various television shows. He is the casting director on many successful half-hour and one-hour shows, along with both independent and studio features.
Michael is known for casting over 20 television series/pilots and multiple feature films. He has been nominated for an Emmy Award as Casting Director for a hit television show on a major network, in addition to being nominated for the Artios Award.
