One of the busiest casting offices in NYC, CJ works alongside Julie Tucker and Ross Meyerson. You'll learn audition techniques specific to this area of television. Whether you're auditioning for an episodic or pilot, this class will teach you the things you need to know that can help you to get the call-back and then the job.
CJ is interested in meeting actors of all types and ethnicities (18+) for their numerous upcoming projects.

For this one night intensive, CJ will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader on-camera in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.
Assignments will be emailed 1-3 days in advance from sides@actorsconnection.
Always bring a hardcopy of your headshot/resume to class for feedback purposes.
Scenes will be recorded on-camera and made available to you within one week. An email notification will be sent from videos@actorsconnection.

Kim Krakauer is an Associate Casting Director with Tucker/Meyerson Casting who has worked on several TV Series such as The Affair, The Expanse, White Collar, , Seven Seconds, The Americans, The Village, Limitless and Made in Jersey. She worked on the pilot of Homeland as well as feature films One For The Money and Man on a Ledge.
