With more than three decades in the film and television industry, Barry has worked in all areas of the business and is a former casting director for TV and film. A graduate of the Drama program at Virginia's Washington and Lee University, he serves as the acting talent coordinator for Chelsea Talent and Silver Models (The Premiere Fitness Agency). Barry comes from an acting background and he is very in tune to what it is the actor needs to package themselves to be competitive in today's market. He has booked his clients on major projects in NY, Miami and LA. Recent bookings include the 2014 pilots TIN MAN, THE LEFTOVERS, THE KNICK AND 10,000 SAINTS as well as on a wide variety of NY episodics including: PERSON OF INTEREST, THE FOLLOWING, ELEMENTARY, TRUE BLOOD, LAW & ORDER: SVU, and BOARDWALK EMPIRE to name a few.
He is currently looking for new talent of all ages(5-50)-all ethnicities-all types for TV, film, commercials and theater. Barry just called in SIX actors from his last seminar!
