5:30pm. Did you know that the FOOD you eat has a dramatic impact on both your voice and your performance?

When I (hey, it's Jennie!) was struggling with vocal damage, my doctor suggested I make some unique dietary and lifestyle changes. I was skeptical-- I was not overweight and I already ate pretty healthy. I thought—that will never work for me. But then I followed through in a way I never had before, and my life changed. Not only did my voice heal, but my digestion also improved, I lost some excess belly weight, I didn't feel bloated after meals, I stopped getting colds every winter, my energy increased (in the morning too), and even my focus improved. I was a completely changed person. I went back to school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and fell in love.

Now it is my mission to share everything I have learned on my journey with you, so you can also understand the unique impact the foods you eat have on your performance. You'll walk away with new insight, tips, and tricks you can implement right away to impact both your performance and life.

Some topics we'll cover:

· The role food plays in your vocal health and how to know which foods to feed your unique body

· How nourishing your voice can give you more vocal consistency, breath support, sound, range, and clarity

· The impact of stress on the voice & how what you eat around a performance matters

· How nuisances like phlegm, indigestion, allergies, and acid-reflux are completely in your control

· The importance of eating right for your body type and the impact it can have on your instrument
