Val Borovinskiy is a professional photographer based in midtown Manhattan with a BA in Cinematography and Film Directing. He is a winner of best short film in the "Independent star" film festival for his short movie, "What Do Guys Really Think About." He has always been passionate about photography and in Europe when entering film school his favorite style always has been and remains to be in Portrait style. Val believes that a portrait can tell more than any other genre of photography. Val also is a filmmaker and over the last few years auditioned hundreds of NY actors for his independent short movies. He is a self-made New York artist that has experimented his skills in every single field of our industry from being part of a film crew, auditioning and acting himself, he definitely knows what casting directors are looking for.
