Eli Walker is a yoga teacher and actor in New York City with a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and certified with the Yoga Alliance (500 hr. RYT) with training from Atmananda Yoga Studio (NYC) and the Himalayan Iyengar Institute (India). She also professionally trained in Reiki Healing, Foot Reflexology, Meditation and Pranayama in India. She specializes in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on alignment, mindful meditation, as well as nutrition.

During her yoga training, she appreciated how complimentary traditional yoga philosophies and practices are to her preparations for auditions and roles as an actor. Because Eli deeply values and appreciates the art of self-healing, she works with private clients, many of whom are actors, to use yoga, meditation, breathing and holistic lifestyle techniques to help them maintain a high level of peace and balance, physically and emotionally, while they pursue their careers in the arts amidst the competitive, demanding atmosphere of New York City. Furthermore, she has found ways to marry her expansive knowledge of yoga, or rather, the practice of self-awareness, and the performing arts in order to help her clients prepare for specific roles and auditions, teaching them experiential techniques specifically tailored to their needs that they can use for a lifetime.
