With more than three decades in the film and television industry, Barry has worked in all areas of the business and is a former casting director for TV and film. A graduate of the Drama program at Virginia's Washington and Lee University, he serves as the acting talent coordinator for Chelsea Talent and Silver Models (The Premiere Fitness Agency). Barry comes from an acting background and he is very in tune to what it is the actor needs to package themselves to be competitive in today's market. He has booked his clients on major projects in NY, Miami and LA.
Recent client bookings include: the feature film Terminator Genesis, as well as tons of episodics including POWER, THE KNICK, SHOW ME A HERO, THE LEFTOVERS, PERSON OF INTEREST, THE FOLLOWING, ELEMENTARY, LAW & ORDER: SVU, and BOARDWALK EMPIRE to name a few. They also just had their best Commercial year ever including 300 MAC Cosmetic Special Event Bookings!
He is currently looking for new talent of all ages(5-50)-all ethnicities-all types for TV, film, commercials and theater. Barry just called in SIX actors from his last seminar!
