Francesca heads the NY Division of Plaza 7 Talent Agency and Crystal Ship Artists, a SAG/AFTRA & Equity, full-service entertainment and literary agency.
Currently her acting clients can be seen on TTV/FILM/Theatre (New Amsterdam, Luke Cage, Daredevil, Law & Order: SVU, The Americans, Masters, School of Rock etc.,). Among her clients are Faizon Love, Marla Maples, Jennifer Williams, Erica Mena, Jason Torres and Cathleen Trigg.
Francesca began her career in the mailroom at ICM in New York City, before moving into their Motion Pictures Talent Department, where she worked for five years. She was previously a Talent Agent at the Fifi Oscard Agency in NYC where she represented Vin Diesel, Mischa Barton, Anthony Rapp and Tim Roth. She is a Dance Theatre of Harlem alumna and a member of New York Women in Film and Television & a board member of the Black & Latino Film Coalition. She is the co-founder of the Crystal Ship Filmmaker program for emerging filmmakers.
Currently she is looking to meet trained actors with strong credits (18+) all types-all ethnicities.
