ADVANCED FILM/TV INTENSIVE with Christine Kromer, Casting Director, Kromer Casting

Here's a fantastic opportunity to work with this Emmy nominated and Artios nominated NY casting director! Christine also just received an Emmy nomination for HBO's True Detective!

Currently, Christine is casting the indie feature film "Fan Girl" which is shooting here in NY and she is gearing up to cast TWO upcoming TV series. She recently completed the independent feature "Stereotypically You" and pilot season at NBC, where her work included New York casting for Joe Carnahan's pilot State of Affairs.

Christine will have received your headshots and resumes and cast you in a scene which you will receive in advance. You'll start off with a Q&A and then she'll begin working with you with a reader ON CAMERA in a group format. Be prepared for feedback and to take adjustments on the fly.

Currently, she's interested in meeting talent of all types and ethnicities(18+) for her projects.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be coached by an expert in film and TV!

Christine's casting credits includes collaborations with Alexa Fogel on projects including series/pilot work such as True Detective (HBO), Banshee (Cinemax), Quarry (HBO) and Treme (HBO) as well as TV movie Too Big to Fail.

Feature film credits include: Let's Be Cops, George Lucas' Red Tails, The Sitter starring Jonah Hill, New York casting for Paranormal Activity 3 and The A-Team. Past television projects include the BBC series Copper, the FX series Lights Out and Comedy Central pilot Black Jack, as well as The Wire, In Treatment and Generation Kill for HBO.

Additionally she was an agent at Peter Strain and Associates for 3 years and worked at FOX studios with Meg Simon and Disney Touchstone TV.
