Jeremy will send sides which you will be emailed and prepare 1-2 days in advance. You'll start off with a Q&A, then Jeremy will be working on-camera using the pre-read format with a reader in a group. Be prepared for feedback and to take re-adjustments on the fly. He is interested in meeting actors of all types and ethnicities 18+ for their numerous current and upcoming projects.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and BADA, Jeremy's work as director includes the theatrical feature Somewhere Slow (2014 - Winner: Best Narrative Feature / Brooklyn Film Festival) starring Jessalyn Gilsig , Graham Patrick Martin and Academy Award Nominees Lindsay Crouse & Robert Forster, Wrestling (2008) and the shorts Closure (2008 – Official Selection Frameline, Festival Mix Milano, , Hollywood Attack of the 50 Foot Reels) and Finale (2013 - San Jose International Short Film Festival ). Additionally, Jeremy directed a music video for Marriage Equality for musician Brendan James' "Nothin' But Love". In LA Theatre, Jeremy directed the highly successful readings of Hit the Wall for Sixth Avenue Productions and the NYC Fringe Festival hit The Boys Upstairs and produced the GLAAD-nominated West Coast premiere of Haram Iran, both at Celebration Theatre.

Jeremy O'Keefe

Jeremy O'Keefe, CSA  has spent over nine years in TV comedy with Greenstein | Daniel Casting in Los Angeles,earning him both Artios and Heller nominations.

He's worked with every major network and streaming platform with credits including upwards of 25 shows for NBC, CBS,ABC, Comedy Central, Fox, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Peacock, Freeform, BET, TBS, and more.

Highlights include the ground-breaking Never Have I Ever for Netflix, the Carol Burnett/Amy Poehler pilot Household Name, and the final 2 seasons of Key & Peele (with Sherie Hernandez). Additionally, he cast two features being released in 2023 -The Bell Keeper (Lionsgate) and 40 (Vertical/Starz). 

He is currently casting two features, as well as industrials for brands like Lexus, Mazda and Volkswagen.

In addition to casting, Jeremy is an award-winning filmmaker, producer and educator. His feature, Somewhere Slow (starring Jessalyn Gilsig, Graham Patrick Martin, Wally Langham, David Costabile and Robert Forster) won Best Narrative Feature at the Brooklyn Film Festival and was released by Screen Media in 2014. His unscripted series, American Spirit with Cody Rhodes is in development with Fremantle. His documentary, A Place to Be Somebody is in development with Aubrey Plaza’s Evil Hag and Believe LTD.  

As an educator, he has been on the faculty at AMDA and teaches mindfulness-based audition technique across the country. He is committed discovering and fostering original, authentic talent thus maximizing the positive impact tv and film can have on its audiences, and the world.
