Her experience as a casting director in an advertising agency, as well as her years as a talent agent, will help bring it all together for you. This intensive will cover: • the business of commercials • on-camera technique • breaking down commercial copy • working with cue cards • testimonial vs. more character driven auditions • improv discussion and much more!

Janine M. Cerny is currently scouting for several agencies, including Ramona's Model and Talent, where she spent the last five years as an on-camera commercial agent and commercial print agent. She has over 25 years of experience in the television commercial/commercial print industry. Initially, she's worked as a casting director for a major advertising agency. She then she became an agent at a leading talent agency, where she worked for many years. She has scouted talent both locally and nationally throughout her career. In addition to scouting events, Janine has been a guest speaker at workshops and classes around NYC. It is her passion to inform and teach actors about the commercial side of the industry.

Janine has been in the industry as both a casting director and agent for 25+ years. Her specialty is commercial print and on-camera television commercials. For the past several years she has been working directly with actors, assisting to perfect their craft and their confidence so when auditioning, they know they are on top of their game and ready to book the job!

Since Janine has been teaching How to Succeed in Commercial Print, she has given many models/actors the opportunity to work through LGA!
